BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your first booking. This non-refundable booking fee will be held in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours'
notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable booking fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with the required notice, your non-refundable booking fee will remain untouched on file.
In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice) OR you attempt to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged, including the non-refundable booking fee.
Any changes to the appointment, such as shortening the duration, must be requested at
least 48 hours in advance.
Otherwise the full cost for the original service will be due at the time of the appointment.
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund, including the non-refundable booking fee.
